Our team reinvented The Ohio Lottery app to be more interactive, visually appealing, and user-friendly. By enhancing the design and functionality, we aimed to attract new users while keeping existing ones engaged. The updated app offers a more dynamic experience, encouraging increased interaction and improving overall user engagement.
My Role
I was a main designer in the creation of a completely new app experience for The Ohio Lottery. From brainstorming and wireframing to final design, I helped reshape the app’s interface to make it more engaging and intuitive.
My focus was on conceptualizing and sketching more dynamic layouts that would capture users' attention while streamlining navigation for ease of use. I designed the screens to create a seamless and enjoyable experience that would encourage users to explore the app and interact with its features more regularly.
The Results
The new design of the Ohio Lottery app has proven to be successful, driving improvements in user engagement. The app has seen a nearly 2% increase in engagement rate, indicating that more users are actively interacting with the app. Additionally, the average engagement time per session has risen by 32%, while the overall engagement time per user has increased by 18.5% compared to before the redesign.
